If you receive an abuse ticket regarding email spam, copyright infringement or malicious site files. We recommend you acknowledge these tickets and respond to them as soon as possible to avoid service interruption.
We take abuse reports very seriously and we aim to resolve them as soon as possible.
If you are not aware of abuse on your account with us but are made aware through an abuse ticket, we advised to scan your site files, make sure you software, scripts and pages are updated. If you reply to the ticket our tech team will assist you in resolving this and preventing it again.
If abuse reports are not responded to in a specific time frame you may risk your account being suspended.
