- Front line support via Live Chat and Support Tickets.

- Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non technical issues customers may have with their hosting.

- Perform miscellaneous duties related to Host Surf UK.

 

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills both verbal and written in the English Language

- Ability to work with a team and to work independently on occasions

- Knowledge of cPanel, WHM, WHMCS and LiveZilla. (training given if required)
